Rules And Regulatons

  • A Leave note of absence is desired from parents/ guardian, when a student is absent from the school. Leave without prior sanction of the Head Mistress may be treated as absence.

  • Lack of proper information over a period of two weeks will result in the deletion of the name from the roll.

  • It is mandatory that every student is present in the school on the first day after every long holiday such as Dushera, Christmas holiday etc.

  • H.M has the right to introduce adequate measures and steps to prevent massive absence on such occasion and every student is bound to obey them.

  • Promotion will depend upon the general progress during the year and not merely on the result of the Annual examination.

  • Pupils are strictly forbidden from stepping on the desks, hauling, running, playing or shouting in the class room.

  • Pupils must keep their uniforms, books, class rooms and school premises clean, neat and tidy.

  • Pupils are expected to take part in all the extra and co-curricular activities of the school as part of their civic and cultural training.

  • Physical exercises are also part of the school program and no pupil will be excused from participation in them without proper reasons.

  • Pupils are not allowed to leave the school campus without the permission of the principal.

  • It is forbidden to scribble on the walls, throw paper or ink about the class room or in any way damage school property

  • Pupils absenting themselves from examinations without proper reasons will be considered to have failed.

  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of home work, disobedience and disrespect towards teachers and members of the staff or bad moral influence justify dismissal.

  • Absence by the pupil must be supported by a leave letter signed by the parent / guardian on the next working day.

  • Pupils must bring book daily.

  • Pupils should obey their teachers and school authorities.

  • Pupils should keep complete silence in and out of the class rooms after the first bell.

  • Don't stand crowded near the office room, staff room, corridor or in the staircase.

  • Waste materials should be deposited in the waste bin.

  • Don't use chalk on the blackboard without the permission of the class teacher.

  • Exchange of money among students is strictly prohibited.

  • Do not lean over the wall.

  • All class rooms must be maintain neatly.

  • Students are not allowed to come to the school compound at any time without the permission of the principal.

  • It is forbidden to buy eatable from street vendors and shops.

  • Pupil must bring ID card regularly.

  • Eve-teasing /misbehavior towards girl-students is strictly prohibited

  • Any item ‘lost and found’ must be handed over to the principal/office immediately

  • In the absence of the teacher, the class leader assumes responsibility for the order and discipline of the class.

  • No students allowed to the class with improper uniform.

  • No students shall enter any other classroom other than his/her own without the permission of concerned teacher.

  • In acts of misconduct, Principal shall take suitable action as per observation of the disciplinary committee depending upon the gravity of the misconduct, which may include.

  • a) Oral/ Written warning to the student and parents
    b) Suspension from attending classes /school for a specific period
    c) Recovery of loss to school property
    d) Issue of ‘transfer certificate’.
